Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Submitted Incomplete Form

After filing my uncontested Divorce forms to the County Clerk, Which included a signed UD-7 , I realized I forgot to check a box on my Note of Issue: Field 9-Date Joined...........What FORM do I use to submit a correction to the Judge, or do I even need to?????

The date joined means the date a complaint was served and an answer recieved. Since you probably waived the answer in your documents, this won't be necessary. If the clerk requires any further information they will contact you by mail.
