can i sue a woman that my husband had an affiar with
can I sue a woman my husband had an affair with? he had to leave the company he worked for and took a big pay cut now not only did she hurt me and my children emotionally also finacially and she also made false report to the police that i threatened to kill her when she is the one harrassing me she was arrested i have an order of protection against her. now i have to pay a lawyer to go to court this woman is acting like she is the victim and i am the villian she also calls child protective service on me and my husband this woman has no morals or no heart she wants revenge on me because my husband left her and came back home

You can not sue her for having an affair with your Husband.
You don't seem to blame your husband for this mess HE put you in. I would think HE is the one who hurt you and the children emotionally and finacially.
You don't say why he lost his job or why you have to hire an attorney. Were you arrested?
