Summons to see a Counselor

Can I somehow retain a summons for my 15 year old daughter to go for couseling? She refuses to get any help and is making our home life a living hell. Any suggestions?

This is an interesting question.

I can arrange it, but it would be a little 'creative'.

In any event, if she is disinclined to participate in any counseling then it is unlikely to have any beneficial effects.
