summons to court again

mother of child has filed a modification for increase in child support for the following. child expenses; which are; musical instruments, extracurricular sports travel, baseball, (not school related)snowboarding,skiing,soccer. diabetes camp, diabetic supplies not covered by ins, food cost for diabetes, after school care & proper supervision for diabetes, glasses not fully covered by ins/ overall increase in cost of living. she also wants me to pay for gas,tolls,parking,meals for frequent dr's appt to syracuse. now can someone please tell me what should i really be paying for out of this list? i already pay 403 a month plus the child is under my medical and dental insurance. i started paying child support back in 2004 please help i have to call the court next wednesday....this is the 4th time she drags me to court in the past 3 months....thank you

Payment of extracurricular activities is normally set forth in the Divorce Settlement Agreement - if one exists.

Certainly, she may be entitled to receive money for medical necessities not covered by insurance. This includes glasses and diabetic supplies.
