Exactly what is supervised visitation and can it be included in a final order by a family court judge?

Supervised visitation consist of an adult, third person attending visitation and monitoring/reporting the behaviour observed.

The "supervisor" can be anyone both parties agree to or it could be at a place specifically designated for such visits such as the court house family center or a privately paid organization.

Yes, it can be ordered by Family Court Judge.
