Re: suport

Of course he must continue. A man does not stop being a father because his address changes. The order for child support is an order from the court. It continues even if he goes to the moon! You are welcome to a consultation at no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th St. Please call for an appointment first (646) 591-5786.

Re: suport

Obligations of child support are not extinguished by moving across state lines. In fact, there are federal laws which haven been enacted making it easier for a parent to be tracked down and held accountable when he flees the jurisdiction.

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, I can be reached for on-phone low-cost legal consultation at 1-800-275-5336 x0233699
