support from mother in law

i lived with my x mother in law for 21 years, during that time i earned between 125,000 to 275,000 per year, i did work on the house and had a lean on the home for 200,000....i paid 1/2 taxes on the house and no rent..during this time frame my x mother in law whom is worth 6 million paid for my kids tutors, vacation, clothing, piano lessons, camp, etc for my kids and x wife...i am now divorced and run in too ruff times...i am earning about 75,000a year now...before the divorce i gave back the lean on the house by ripping it up...i just found out that my x wife had a 25 % interest in a business andhere share is worth about 2,000,000..i have been paying 56,000 in child supoport and alomoney up till now but as i sais my earnings have gon down..i am looking for a modification in child supoport...the question is..can i some how get anything back from the lein or have the mother in law mke support

Based on the facts that you have stated, it would appear that you may well be entitled to a downward modification of child support. This would require an application to the court. Jeremy Morley [email protected]
