Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am taking my ex to court next week for full custody due to her constant drug use and constant neglect of our daughter. I have pictures made public from her Instagram account of her constant drug use. Is having the pictures to prove it going to help my case against her so that I gain full custody for the safety and protection of my daughter?
