Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Technical Error

I have had my divorce papers prepared and I noticed a mistake..This is the second time I have had them corrected and I don't want to deal with this company any longer than I have to..The papers state that my husband and I were not married by a cleryman when in fact we were. Is this statement duly for the purpose of obtaining an annulment or can I have problems in the future if I chose to remarry?

Re: Technical Error

Your papers need to be accurate. As much as that may be frustrating to have them redone, I would do so.
