temp custody

i will like to know how i can start the process of giving my 4 year old daughter temprary custody, as right now we have joint custody.. now my problem is that recently i had apply for assistant at the local gov office.. and since my daughter is on my budget they want my daughter's father to pay for child support not only that they will start taking off 565 out of his bi weekly check.. this man is always providing for his daughter i mean everything since right now i am not working and it is very disgusting what the gov. is doing .. his checks are going to bouncing .. plus his car payments etc.. even though we have joint custody right now.. my daughter lives with me ..

i will like to know what is the 1st step to take to givehim temp child custody.. because my worker at the local dss office told i cannot remove her out of my case because she is living with me ..i appreciate the feedback..

What you're thinking of doing is understandable, but may (1) be considered in the nature of a scheme to defraud and (2) have unintended consequences that could seriously prejudice your rights in the long-run. You should proceed very cautiously and consult with an attorney as soon as possible, certainly before doing anything in furtherance of this idea.
