Legal Question in Family Law in New York

What's the term for a lawyer and a judge talking off the record?

What is my recourse if the judge in my divorce hearing tells my lawyer at a party that she, the judge, is scared of my husband and asks my lawyer if she is scared of my husband as well. My husband being a reputed mobster.

My lawyer does not call me back and i am obviously concerned that i will not be able to get a fair trial..
