Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Terminating my parental rights
I havent seen the girls in over nine years, the mother told me then that they were not mine. Now the courts are looking for me after all this time so I could pay support, can the mother and I legally terminate my rights since I dont even know them, and they have been withheld from me for so long.

If the mother is married, her husband can adopt the kids (which stops support from the point of adoption but doesn't erase the back support), but you can't just give them up and get out of support.
