termination of child support

My son is 18 and graduated this year. He goes back and forth living at his mother's house and mine whenever he decides to. I still pay child support even when he lives with me and he stays for a month or more at a time. He Quit college after 2 weeks. Is this grounds for terminating child support?

If he is 18, and no longer a student, then yes, you have grounds to file with the court to terminate child support.
