Legal Question in Family Law in New York
Well I'm thinking about asking my GF to marry me . We are both forty . If by chance we do marry and it doesn't work out , what happens . I have almost $200k in my IRA and I own 4 rental propertys , plus a good chunk in my saveings . Seeing how I have this before we got married , is it still all mine , or does it get split too . Thank you .
