Legal Question in Family Law in New York
threre was an inncedent between my wife and I and the police were called and she had me arrested. IN frusteration I had grabbed her on her sholders and asked her ( do you see what your dicitions you make are doing to our family). She acused me of trying to choke her. The next day she proceeded to tell me thay I had to leave our home or she was taking the kids and going. She was told by someone that if the children weren't take out of the inviroment then the kid could be take away from us. I willingly left so not t disrupt the kids. She is making it hard for me to see my children and my questio is does she have the right to keep my kids away from me at all.
