Re: Trial Procedure Instruction

I can guide you to some trial procedural instructional literature for Pro Ses, and render coaching assistance to you regarding legal research methods and resources, provide you with legal writing samples to serve as models and starting points to be customized and altered for use in your own case.

You may also want to check this site, LawGuru's own bookstore and Legal Forms Library for useful materials.

Note howewer, that for a CONTESTED divorce, it is strongly recommended that if at all possible, you do NOT go Pro Se, but that you instead retain an experienced attorney. Depending upon your income, and other circumstances, you might qualify to receive free or low cost legal representation.

You can use my LawGuru ATTORNEY PROFILE link to contact me either by telephone voicemail message

or by e-mail.
