what does uncontested matrimonial mean?

It means that 1 party will "not contest" grounds claimed by the other and that all ancillary issues have been agreed upon, ex. custody, CS, equitable distribution, etc.

Basically it means that neither party is contesting the divorce.

Both agree to the divorce.
