Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am an unemployed father living with my mean-ass wife who is literally kicking me out. Be advised that I left my job 2-1/2 years ago, to care for our disabled newborn son. Unfortunately, 2-1/2 years later, and with this bad economy, I cannot find work. My witch of a wife is throwing me out of the house.

The house, phone and utility bills are all under my name. I still care for and give needed medicine to my disabled toddler with down-syndrome. Can my wife truly kick me out of the house? Please advise.

You are the primary caregiver for a disabled child who needs you. You should be consulting with a divorce attorney who can file for a divorce and can request exclusive use and occupancy for you and your child and require that your wife pay for it. It is not guaranteed but it is possible. No she can not kick you out of your own house. Protect your rights.
