Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am unemployed but am being sued by the State for child support even though the mother dropped the case. I am trying to obtain employment but my license is suppended and wanted to know if I would be able to be granted a Work-Restricted License?

You need to come up with some of the money and make a request to the Family Court for reinstatement.
