unknown woman claims i fathered her son 6 years ago

A woman who i do not remember called me and stated i fathered her son 6 years ago, from a one night stand. one i do not remember.I would like to know her legal ability to bring me to court for paternity, or if there is a time statute for doing so. She was married at the time, and the boy carries her husbands name, and he is on the birth certificate. She state her husband had a dna test disproving he is the father,so she claims i am the father

If she brings you to court, you can ask for a DNA test. The statute of limitations is 21 years.
