Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I just want to go

I am unmarried living in New York with the father of my youngest daughter and he is trying to evect me. I just want to take my daughter and leave state can I without getting in trouble by the courts. There is no custody or visitation set yet?

If there is no order of custody or visitation, there probably is no order to say that you must stay in New York.

If there is an order in place for custody or visitation then you have to apply to the courts for relief.
