unusual cruelty adultry abandonment

i have a brother who two years ago was hurt in a beating he suffered on a street near his home.his wife is collecting his social security benefits,has neglected my brother,has a live in boy friend who she is now pregnate from,and at our request is refusing to grant my brother a divorce my brother is incoherent and is crippled by the assult that took place. we are seeking justice on behalf of our brother but need to know what our options may be and where do we start.my brother is in a cre facility undergoing rehabilitation which is progressively slow can any one please advise on this situation.

You brother will have to go to court and fight for a divorce. It will be probably protracted and expensive.More details are needed in order to give sound advice.
