Legal Question in Family Law in New York

vacation

My son's father will not tell me where he is taking my son on vacation or where my son will be. What can I do. He has no more vacation time and I don't know where my son will be left if he has to go to work. Can he even take him? If he will not be with him the whole time?

If you have a court order your son's father must abide by its terms. If not, you have the right to obtain an order. In order to be specific as to what he can or cannot in thst order do I would need more information from you.
