Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Do I have to let my ex visit with his son if I no longer know where he resides and he refuses to tell me? There is a visitation order in place (NYS) - however whenthat was in place, I knew where he lived. There is no order of protection in place for either of us.

You should go to family court and file a petition to modify visitation based upon a significant change in circumstances. The change is that you no longer know your ex's address and he refuses to reveal it to you. You will not get a change but the court can force him to give you the address.
