at what age does the child have the right to decide they no longer want to visit or stay for the weekends with the other parent if they choose not to?

18 But the older the child, the more often a judge may be swayed by their decision. Just remember that if the court finds that the child has been poisoned by the custodial parent there could be court ordered counseling and a switch in custody.
