Visitation
My estranged husband has a history of abusing drugs. Can I legally keep him from seeing our daughter until he gets clean?

every parent has the right to visit with their child but if the child's safety is in jeopardy then the court can, in the most extreme measure, suspendvisits and request him to undergo treatment.
