how can i get ex-wife follow divorce papers from court and if she wont whats the senticing associated with not following? also, she's in n.c..

She is far off from having to go to jail. If she is not following the divorce decree you have to go and have it enforced. Take it to the family court. They will help you. Better yet, get to a lawyer who will aggressively follow up on your case. That may make your ex see that it would be safer and easier to follow the decision in the matrimonial agreement than to fight again.
