Legal Question in Family Law in New York

visitation

my father's child is engaging an extramarital relationship , they had domestic violence relationship. he was the one who let me know about this issue when his face was all scracth and black and blues. he keeps saying that he needs help and that he will end this relationship. only a few weeks ago she destroy almost of his clothes with the knife and sent it to his mom's house. he has not been stable in one place for about two years and now he wants visitation rights to take the baby to her house I am afraid that my one year old girl can get hurt and I do not want my baby with this aggresive individual.

is there any place that can see the baby besides that house?

I have to appear to court tomorrow

You can always ask for visitation at a police station or some nuetral place.
