Visitation interference

I HAVE BEEN IN SUPREME COURT FOR TWO YEARS TRYING TO DIVORCE MY WIFE FOR INFEDALITY. IVE BEEN BEFORE THREE SEPERATE JUDGES WHO THREATENED MY WIFE TO ALLOW ME TOO SEE MY CHILDREN.She tells them that she would and NEVER DOES IT.I HAVE FIVE CHILDREN AND SHE FEELS THAT THE COURT WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HER. IM LOSING PRECIOUS TIME WITH MY CHILDREN.WHAT CAN BE DONE TO MAKE HE R OBEY THE JUDGES ORDER

You do not provide sufficient information for anyone to evaluate what is happening here. You may have inexperienced counsel, or perhaps no counsel at all.
