Visitation
I was recently divorced. I could not afford an attorny, and was not aware that the paperwork I was recieving from my spouses attorny was what was being ordered. I thought that they were stating what my spouse wanted. I didnt know I had to respond, nothing stated such. My spouse asked for sole custoday of our child, and apparently she won. She only is givng me 3 hours every other week to visit my daughter and its supervised. What can I do to gain more visitation as well as get unsupervised visitation? Thank you.

Get a lawyer...quickly. It is hard to believe you would handle something as important as your child and your relationship with her without having a legal advisor at your side.
You will now have to appear in family court. Get a good lawyer. Someone with a good reputation. Call the local county Bar Association. Speak to the chair of the family law committee there. They are often the best of the bunch. Interview the past chairs too. You are going to need someone really on his game to undue the damage you have already done.
