Visitation Rights for Non-custodial parent

I was awarded sole custody of my infant daughter in March, her father was allowed 2-3 hr weekly visitation supervised until providing proof of the following:parenting classess,drug evaulation then was allowed 2-3hr away from supervision, since that agreement in march, he has not done any of them, and has since been arresested and charged with 1.assault2.destruction of property 3.threating to kill his mother he spent about week in jail, given a fine,probation for one year, and an order of protection against him from his mother for one year. he is also using drugs again ie. pot and possibly cocaine. also associates himself with heavly drug involved people. Can i have visitation revoked or atleast changed to never allow unsupervised visits. He cancels his visitation at least 2 weeks a month,and has never inquired about welfare,happiness or health of child. never given child anything, no phone calls, or even a christmas card. had at least 12 jobs in last yr. moves around all the time. i worry for her safety.im afraid he will show up with proof of above,and try to take her. he is very irresponsible. Thank You.

Yes, you can have the visitation modified or suspended, based on these new facts. Suggest you call your attorney or the Law Guardian who was previously appointed and share this new information with them.
