Your post is a little vague - you need to provide more information to get a proper answer to your question. Absent a court order modifying custody/visitation, a parent's relocation should not interfere with the other's custody of or access to the child as originally provided. If a parent with joint-custody relocates so far away as to render the existing custodial/time-sharing arrangement impractical, it may be appropriate and desirable to modify the order.
