Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Visitation rights....

I have sole custody of my son, my ex was given suporvised visitation. Over the past 10 years he has seen his son 4 times. I was unable to get him served to pay Child support as he has had at least 25 addresses and jobs in that 10 yr. period. Now he's in the military and thinks he's going to take me back to court to get unsuporvised visitaions. He has cost me $1000's over the years. can I ask the courts to remove any visitaions?

Re: Visitation rights....

You will not be able to get a court to completely remove visitation from your ex but you can get an income execution for child support and possibly back child support for a small period of time since he has verifiable employment and income now.
