Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Visitation/Sleepovers

I am currently in family court trying to come to an agreement with my childrens father. I wanted to know would a judge give the non-custodial parent rights for our children to sleep over his girlfriends house if the non custodial parent doesn't have a stable place of residence.

Re: Visitation/Sleepovers

A lot depends on the age of the children and the circumstances of the girl friend's home, etc. It is not practical to give you advice here, except that you should insist on the safety of your children and on having the ability to reach them by phone.

Please call me if you wish to schedule a more detailed consultation.

I practice in NYC and Long Island.
