Legal Question in Family Law in New York

vistation(custody)

If it is court ordered for the child to fly back for visitations & the parents share expences of that flight. With one parent paying 2/3 and the other of a third. Doesn't the parent sending the child have to buy the ticket first? So the other has proof of their share? First time I took his word of my share of 800.oo only to find out the ticket cost 650.00.

Re: vistation(custody)

Does the order specify who should buy the ticket? If not then it would make sense that the parent who is getting the visit pay for the ticket. However, the courts do not like to micromanage such situations, they prefer the parents resolve this.
