Vistation rights from florida to new york

I live in the Bronx, New York I have three children that reside in Florida with two different fathers. Two with one and one child with another. One case in Broward County and the other in Dade . Now this is were it gets complicated the case in Broward is a closed case.He was awarded temporary custody I had rights of visitation that were later canceled due to financial hardship.So now the Dade case is still open and I have visitation rights to my 6 yr old child . My question is how to proceed this case from new york to receive phone privileges and visitation ?

Can't. Must proceed in Florida since jurisdiction is in Florida.
