Legal Question in Family Law in New York

I am currently waiting to get divorced. After I was legally separated I got pregnant with someone other than my husband. Now my husband is trying to find out who the father is. Is it possible for my husband to get the judge to sobpoena someone to get a dna test without my permission?

Your soon to be ex only has the right to determine if he is the father of the child rather than who is the father.
