Really don't understand your question.
If you are self supporting, you have the right to live wherever you chose, at 19 years old.
If your grandparents control or are in charge of your income or assets, then the "contract" establishing their authority over your assets controls whether you can have or control your assets without their approval.
If you want to move, it is recommended that you discuss your plans, in advance with your grandparents, whether your think they understand you or not. Ask for their cooperation respecting your personal items. Tell them not to worry....
IN A WORD, act like the "grown up" you want them to believe you are. But, don't expect they will believe it.
GOOD LUCK,
