I was on welfare for five month,social service file papers for paternity for fathers am me to go court, i was subpoena my wefare case have been close what should i do, and if i was a no show what would happen

I recommend that you contact the court where your case was active and deltermine the status of the action. If the action was closed, you could file a Paternity petition at court yourself or through Social Services again.
