Legal Question in Family Law in New York

widow

I was maried to an american we have three children one born in NY state and our other two born overseas in Sweden. MY husband passed away in June and we lived in Sweden for 15 years. We have adjoinning accounts we both own our house togheter. What does the law says??? Having problem finding right answers here in swedfen . Because it is the NY state law that goes sens my husband was American.

If you have joint accounts and a house in joint name, under NY law the property goes into your name.
