my wife abandoned the house and relationship, so i had to get tenants to move in the house to keep it,now she wants to divorce and make me sell the house but i dont want to sell at this time but when i do i will give her her share what can i do

If the two of you can not agree on what to do with the house, the case will go to court and cost you both a lot of time and money to fight it out. The best thing to do is to come to an agreement before you file for divorce. If you can agree, your case will be quick, easy and cheap.
