Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Ex - Wife annual income is $125.951.45 for 2007- 2010 and all kind of welfare in government add Medical insurance too, also she put out to lease the house Basement get money from renter $800.00 every month .
Ex- Husband annual income is $150.00 for 2007; $1408.00 for 2008; $1560.00for 2009.
No any insurance ` no any benefits, and no any money usual! No Job Now.
The wife make he pay $200 a week - even he doesn't have the job - and make him pay all half she want for kinds - She like Luxurious life for her and kids , so he need doing for her - and court help her ask all this . even the court don't want know he show them his income. because she konw someone work for court.
the supreme court and the child support court they don't want make the agreement for Husband , they want help wife make more money form husband, even he give the house
for her, give the almost he have the money for her.
why the court can not too see ? why the court alwas help her ? if the court doing all the break the low things , where is to complaint?
