can my wife call the cops on me if i take my daughters to the park just because she refuses for me to see my daughters out of her hom?

It all depends on what agreements or court orders are in effect. If you have an agreement from a court or divorce stipulation limiting the scope and location of a visitation then yes she can. If you are not divorced or have no limitations and they are your legal daughters then no she can not. The one caveat I will state is that if she has a good faith belief that you are abusing the children then yes she can or she or another person could report you to a child protective service.
