Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My wife and I are going through a custody battle for our children. I am representing myself in the case and I want to know can I and How do I subpoena medical records a person to testify.

A pro se litigant may not issue a subpoena. You would have to obtain the subpoeana from the Court Clerk or the Judge.
