Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My ex wife has custody of our 9 year-old son. She has been sending text messages to my cell phone stating that I am an unfit parent and that I cannot see my son. I have visitations with my son in accordance with our divorce. Can I go to a lawyer and have these text messages somehow wriitten down into a legal document and confirmed that they are from her in case I need them as evidence if I decided to take her to court.
