Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Wife disrupting my telecommuting

In New York State, may I evict my spouse if her actions and behaviors are prohibiting me from successfully working from home? My job requires me to telecommute 100% of the time. My wife refuses to respect this and yells at me while I am on the phone with clients or business partners, constantly disrupts me when I am working, etc.

It sounds like you may need a divorce, not an eviction.
