Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Can a wife interfere?

I have two children with my childs father ages 11 and 6. The boy is 11 and the girl is 6. We have a court order in which it suggest the days that he has to spend with them. Lately, my childs father made his own time to spend time with my children. When its time for him to spend time with his children on my time its always a problem. Recently, his wife has been intercepting the calls, not allowing me to discuss things with my childs father concerning our children. This has gotten me upset quite a few times because its unfair. I feel since my childs father and i both share two beautiful children, his wife should not interfere at all. What can i do?

Re: Can a wife interfere?

Have you filed papers advising the Court of the violation of the visitation order?

You may also be able to modify the visitation order.
