Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My wife left in October, with no reason more than she wasn't happy with me. Now she is filing for divorce, but the only grounds she could come up with in NY is cruel & inhumane treatment. That couldn't be any further from the truth. What options do I have?

You can countersue if the grounds are not adequate. You can sue for divorce on one of the other grounds.
