Do a wife have any legal right to a house that is not owned by the husband but is owned by the husbands sister to which he pays rent to?

If the house is truly owned by a third person and you can not prove any legal interest or financial interest except paying rent, then the answer is no, you do not have any right to the house except if a long term lease exists. In that case you can have a very limited interest in staying in the house for the term of the lease but except for that, you have no legal right.
