Legal Question in Family Law in New York
My ex wife makes up excuses on why my kids are unable to vistit. Silly things such as a headache. They do this constantly or are usually late. What can i do?

Do you currently have a visitation order from a court?
If you do you should consider filing a violation claim.

Document each time she's made an excuse. I hope there are e-mails regarding her excuses. In any event, those e-mails and other evidence should be placed in a motion/petition for contempt (assuming there is an outstanding visitation order.
